Hotel registration
To minimize paperwork needed at the hotel, please help fill in the Google Form online.
We need one form per family/group, but we do need all the guest passport copy uploaded.

Visa
For Asean passports it is not necessary to arrange for a visa, you can use the auto gates to go through immigration. You do have to register your passport first to be able to use the auto gates: evisa.imigrasi.go.id.
For other passports it is advised to get an e-VOA, online visa on arrival. With this you can use the auto gates as well if your passport has a chip.
Please only use the official immigration website, https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/. The website is known to be quite temperamental.
If you cannot get the e-VOA, you can always buy a visa on arrival at the airport.

Customs
From 3 days before arrival, you can already fill in the customs form and health form on this website: https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/ or download the All Indonesia app and fill in the form there.
Save the QR code and show it to customs after collecting your luggage.

Transport
Please let us know in the form or contact us directly if you would like help with transport to the villa. If we arrange transport for you, we will send the driver contact details 1 day before arrival. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name.
Please walk past all the shops (past Starbucks), our driver usually tries to wait at the end of the line of waiting drivers, before the path turns to the right.
If you have your own transport, please let us know your estimated time of arrival, especially if arriving after 10pm.
